The Morrell Sean Williamson Custom 6 Lap Steel is the newest addition to our lap steel lineup! Sean Williamson is a Milwaukee based guitarist and lap steel player that plays in bands such as Shonn Hinton and Shotgun and The Bryan Cherry Band. He also performs with the likes of Sam Llanas and Kyle Freerick. He crosses many different musical genres with his steel playing and this SW Custom is the latest in getting the tone and power he needs no matter what the venue or genre! This Morrell SW Custom lap steel is our first production guitar with Active Electronics. This guitar is fitted with an EMG 57 Humbucker in the bridge position, a favorite of the guitar's namesake. This guitar also features a brand new sleek and modern multi-tiered contoured body finished with a beautiful high gloss pearl candy apple red finish and a pearloid pickguard.
